Neenu Kainth is the Chief Customer Experience Officer of Enact. As part of USMI’s Q&A series celebrating prominent women leaders in housing finance, Neenu provided advice to younger women entering the industry and highlighted how women make up half of Enact’s workforce noting that as of the end of 2023, 20% of Enact’s executive leadership team were women and 60% of its Board committee chairpersons were women.

Neenu Kainth Biography

Neenu Kainth is Enact’s Chief Customer Experience Officer, where she oversees the end-to-end customer strategy and experience including customer success and digital integrations. Prior to joining Enact in 2022, Neenu served as the Chief Digital Officer at Mr. Cooper and Newrez where she led digital transformation across all lines of business for consumer-facing functions. Neenu is a seasoned digital transformation leader, customer experience architect, and product innovation expert with over 20 years of experience driving digital innovations and transformations at Fortune 500 companies.

Neenu began her career in technology product development and held a number of senior roles at Verizon and Comcast where she was responsible for product management, technology development, pricing, revenue, and cost management for the consumer lines of business.

She holds an Executive MBA from the Wharton School of Business and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Arizona State University. Neenu has been recognized by HousingWire Magazine as one of their “Vanguard” and “Women of Influence” award winners, as well as Dallas Business Journal’s “Women in Technology.” Neenu resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and daughter.
